I am an engineer by training who later transitioned in to becoming a ‘data person’. I leverage my experience with engineering principles, problem-solving, and analytical thinking to extract valuable insights from data and inform data-driven decisions.

In my current role, I utilize Snowflake and Python to analyze historical data of marketing campaigns and conduct Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) to measure campaign performance. I strengthen scoping and forecasting of costs and volumes to run effective marketing campaigns for one of the top supermarkets in the UK.
I managed a team of 3-4 data analysts and interns and served as the point of contact for all data-related tasks, including gathering data requirements and generating reports and dashboards. I also collaborated with implementation managers to understand client data needs and provided insights and answers to key business questions. I worked closely with cross-functional team members and customers to identify and improve metrics for measuring and monitoring health programs. In addition to above I scouted for talent and conducted hiring interviews to build an effective BI team.
